Logomark
Our AVIA® identity has been developed to reflect our standards, our culture, and our broad approach to residential property.
The AVIA® design system includes our primary wordmark, supporting variations, and a set of brand marks for consistent use across digital, print, signage, and documentation. The strength of the identity is in its restraint. It is clean and intentionally uncluttered, creating space for our projects to lead the story. If in doubt while applying the brand, let “less is more” guide every decision.
These guidelines are your foundation, not your limitation. AVIA® will continue to evolve as we grow, so treat this system as a framework for consistency and quality. When in doubt, let the brand speak with clarity, not volume.
Primary Lockup
We lead with our wordmark as the hero of our identity. Our name and represents our brand, and this should be used as the 'logo'.

MINIMUM SIZE
This version is not intended for extremely small sizes. The minimum height is .75” for print and 50px for digital.
Clear Space
Clear space, or negative space, is the area that surrounds the wordmark, icons, or brand assets that is completely clear of any other graphical element. Clear space helps the wordmark stand out from the rest of the elements on the page and ensures legibility, even at small sizes. As a general rule, the more clear space, the better.
Colour Variations
Our logo can be used in any of our four brand colours, and should be selected to ensure maximum contrast in any given environment.

Alternates + Variations
Our alternate brand symbols are designed to create a sub-identity within the wider AVIA® Homes brand system. More than anything, these alternate brand symbols reflect our culture and can be used as a badge of identity across merchandise and other culture led brand applications.
